When will I receive my order? To maintain competitive prices, Ola Trends works directly with manufacturers and trusted logistics partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery time usually takes 5–8 business days, which means the total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–11 business days from the moment you place your order.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. If your parcel has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team so we can help resolve the issue.
Do you charge for shipping? We offer free shipping on orders over £20. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied and added during checkout.

There is an item missing from my order. What should I do? For logistical reasons, larger orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages. In this case, the missing items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first delivery.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do? Although we carefully pack all orders, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging so we can quickly assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.Important: Do not return the product without contacting us first, as returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
I ordered the wrong size or product. What can I do? We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, you can return the item and place a new order for the preferred variant through our website.
