When will my order arrive?

To keep our prices competitive, Ola Trends works directly with manufacturers and trusted partner warehouses. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery within the United States usually takes around 5–8 business days, bringing the estimated total delivery time to 7–11 business days.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

Most orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. If your package has not arrived three days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Ola Trends offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.

A product is missing from my order. What should I do?

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Although we package our orders carefully, damage during shipping can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can quickly review the situation and provide a suitable solution.

Important: Do not return the item without contacting us first, as returns without prior approval may not be processed.

I ordered the wrong size or product. What can I do?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, you can return the item and place a new order through our website for the preferred option.
