At Ola Trends, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent. Orders of $25 or more qualify for free shipping worldwide. For orders below this amount, shipping costs may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time for U.S. orders is 7–11 business days from the moment the order is placed. Delivery times for international orders may differ depending on location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Deliveries
Although we carefully package every order, damage during transportation can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Lost Orders
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. If your order has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate.

Missing Items
For logistical reasons, larger orders may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, the remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first delivery.
