Shipping Costs At Ola Trends, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent. Orders with a value of £20 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied and calculated during checkout.

Shipping Availability

  • Delivery Area: Ola Trends currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom, though we are considering expanding our delivery areas in the future. (Note: Adapted from Poland to the UK market to match the British context).

Order Processing Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 pm (GMT)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 pm (GMT) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Tracking After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Deliveries Although we carefully pack every order, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and the packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Lost Orders Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. If your order has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate the situation.

Missing Items For logistical reasons, larger orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages. In this case, any missing items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first delivery.
