Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 minutes of placing it. Once order processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, please follow the return procedure outlined below.
Return Conditions
At Ola Trends, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Item condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, complete with all tags and original packaging.

Proof of purchase: An order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact customer service: Send an email to info@olatrends.com stating your order number, the reason for the return, and – if applicable – photographs of the item (e.g., if it is damaged or incorrect).

Step 2 – Return authorisation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions for your return.

Step 3 – Preparing the package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ensure all tags are attached.

Step 4 – Sending the item back: Send the parcel via a reliable courier using a tracked shipping service. The return shipping cost is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund processing time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to clear in your account.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If required, you can also contact us.
Exchanges
Ola Trends does not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order on our website.
Special Circumstances

Damaged product: We make every effort to pack all orders carefully; however, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the product and the packaging. Do not return a damaged item without contacting us first. Photographs confirming the damage are required to process your claim.

Incorrect product: If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a solution and cover any return shipping costs if necessary.

Lost package: Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. If your parcel has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate.

Missing product: For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple separate packages. If this occurs, any missing items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first delivery.
