Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you can follow the return procedure described below.
Return Eligibility
At Ola Trends, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return period
Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Product condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
Step 1 – Contact Support
Send an email to info@olatrends.com including your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Step 2 – Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions along with return authorization.
Step 3 – Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ensure all tags are included.
Step 4 – Send the Return
Ship the package using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If you do not see the refund after the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
At this time, Ola Trends does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order through our website.
Special Situations
Damaged Items
While we take great care when packaging orders, damage during shipping can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please do not return damaged products without contacting us first. Photo verification is required to arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a solution and cover the return shipping if necessary.
Lost Packages
Most orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. If your package has not arrived within three days after the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
Missing Items
For larger orders, items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, the remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first delivery.
